The 14th International Exhibition of Tools, Equipment and Technologies MITEX-2021 in Moscow has come to an end. Four exhibition days were eventful. More than 200 companies from 11 counties presented new tools and equipment in two pavilions at the EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds.

As always, the widest range of tools was presented at the stands of Russian MITEX participants. The exhibition again featured the “Made in Russia” program. This year it brought together more than 50 companies. The difficult situation all over the world encouraged Russian manufacturers to increase production turnover in order to offer the market new ideas and interesting solutions.
Equipment and tools at the MITEX exhibition were presented in 27 thematic sections. Such a wide specialization made it possible to attract professional buyers who by personal communication with manufacturers, during tests and masterclasses, expert discussions, could find needed tools and receive great offers on its supply.
The business program was rich - expert discussions, an industry conference, master classes, and business meetings.
At the Conference of the Association of Trade Companies and Manufacturers of Power Tools and Small-scale Mechanization Equipment “Russian Market of Power Tools and Small-scale Mechanization Equipment. State and Prospects" experts and practitioners discussed how the Russian market of power tools and small-scale mechanization equipment is developing.
Surely, the pandemic has adjusted many sectors of the economy, and the tool industry is no exception. The key themes of the RATPE conference reflect this situation. The issues of the formation of logistic flows in the market of power tools, modern trends in the development of national production, customs audit, and legal support for foreign economic activity - all these topics caused a lively discussion among the conference participants.
The exhibition had the press center of the event, and industry media and portals: a series of magazines "CONSUMER", web portals www.master-forum.ru, www.forumhouse.ru, and others. These media through newsletters and posts on social networks was in touch with everyone who could not visit the exhibition in person and informed about what was happening at the main industry platform of the country.
The participants of the exhibition noted the high professional level of the trade visitors of the event and its wide geographical coverage. The activity from the southern regions of Russia - Dagestan, Krasnodar Territory, Crimea was especially noticeable.
According to the reviews of professionals who attended MITEX, the exhibition provides an opportunity not only to learn about the current trends in the market development but also to get acquainted with the novelties of the tools range. This is an effective working platform for obtaining new contacts. Here - at the only industry event of this scale in Russia, the CIS, Central, and Eastern Europe - professional suppliers of the tools and those who use them in their work, or their own business could meet.
MITEX is also interesting for those trade visitors who like to craft something or DIY. This year, within the framework of the exhibition, in partnership with RUBANKOV, the joiner's show and various master classes were held again.
This exhibition event was organized by EUROEXPO with the support of the RATPE Association, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the German Association of German Instrument Manufacturers (FWI), and the “Consumer” magazine.
