ПИСЬМО УЧАСТНИКАМ ОТ КОМПАНИИ REED EXHIBITIONS MESSE WIEN.

Dear Exhibitors,

Referring to the forthcoming trade fair INTERTOOL 2007 we, Reed Messe Wien GmbH ("REED"), would like to inform you, that REED is the grantor of the licenses for INTERTOOL 2007, whereas M.S.]. Vertriebs GmbH ("MSI") as license holder arranges this trade fair in cooperation with ZAO EUROEXPO {"EUROEXPO").

In context with this cooperation concerning INTERTOOL 2007, especially with regard to the registration of exhibitors, MSI and EUROEXPO have made following agreement:

Exhibitors having participated in one or both of the last two trade fairs (INTERTOOL 2005, 2006) have to be alloted to the contractual partner who has received the registration and concluded the contract for the relevant trade fair.

With regard to Exhibitors having not participated in one of the last two trade fairs (see above) the Parties agree as follows:
As a general rule New Exhibitors have to be alloted either to MSI or to EUROEXPO based on the declaration of the Exhibitor about his domicile made in the registration form, (hereinafter "Domicile").
Exhibitors whose Domicile is in Russia ("Russian Exhibitors") have to be assigned to EUROEXPO; all other Exhibitors whose Domicile is outside of Russia ("International Exhibitors") have to be assigned to MSI.
This general rule also applies to New Exhibitors with Domicile in China who have to be assigned exclusively to MSI unless a collective organizer may conclude a contract with such Chinese Exhibitor.
