COVID-19 Regulations

The exhibition organizer Euroexpo is committed to provide a high level of hygiene standards to ensure the safety of exhibitors and visitors.

Exhibitors and visitor shall observe the below listed regulations, prepared on the basis of the Methodical Recommendations MR 3.1/2.1 0198-20 of 26.06.2020, to prevent the spread of COVID-19 during the exhibitions.

ACCESS TO EXPOCENTR FAIRGROUNDS

• All people entering the event venue are subject to a temperature check

• All people entering the event venue should wear masks. It is prohibited to enter EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds without masks and gloves.

STAND CONSTRUCTION

• When designing a stand, it is necessary to take into account measures on social distancing rules (1.5 m) including arrangement of tables, racks and chairs at the stands.

• Setup and dismantling works should be carried out according to social distancing rules (1.5 m)

DURING THE EXHIBITION

• Calculation of the number of the Exhibitor’s personnel and other categories of persons who can stay at the stand simultaneously shall be made taking into account the rules of social distancing (1.5 m).

• Meal breaks shall be taken in a specially designated room according to a predetermined schedule observing social distancing of 1.5 m. If the stand area does not allow to allocate the specified room, meal breaks shall be taken in specially designated areas of the venue,

• Tasting samples to visitors should be provided in individual packages.
